SleepRx carries almost any product you need for your CPAP and BiLevel needs as well as humidifiers and positioning pillows. If you know what product(s) you need, please fill out our online form and we will verify your insurance (if applicable) and contact you within 24 hours regarding your order. Whether you are a patient or a provider, SleepRx is with you every step of the way. From the moment you place your order, and for all your ongoing needs, SleepRx is dedicated to timely, professional follow-up to ensure a seamless process.

Although we are based in Skokie, IL, we provide equipment nationwide. Once insurance is verified, we will contact you to let you know when your equipment will arrive.

Payment Options

SleepRx has a variety of payment options for your convenience. We are contracted with numerous insurance carriers throughout the United States. If you provide your insurance information via our online form, we will call your insurance company for you to verify your benefits. If you would rather pay up front for your equipment, you can also pay with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. We will also provide you with an Insurance Claim Form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if needed.

Documents Needed

If you are a new patient and have never ordered from SleepRx, here are the documents required:

1. Per FDA regulations, a prescription from your Physician is required for all CPAP Machines, BiPap Machines, CPAP/BiPAP Masks and all Humidifiers. Once you are an existing patient, you will not need to send this as we will have this on file.

2. A copy of your Medicare and/or Insurance Card.

3. A copy of your Sleep Study (we can call your Physician and obtain this if you don't have this)
